This service includes monitoring of roadway conditions and on-site daily roadway and dust suppression management by Dust-A-Side personnel.
Being a strategic partner to Anglo American, which owns a stake in the New Vaal Colliery, the following benefits could be recorded using Dust-A-Side metrics (haul road condition monitoring and reporting tool), based on the benefits obtained from the use of the Dust-A-Side’s product at New Vaal’s permanent haul roads from January to December 2014:

- Increase in productivity: 3.4%, the equivalent of 191 106 more tonnes of coal produced
